Each player is permitted to hold only one active pgphaa account. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR regulations apply to all gaming activities conducted on the pgphaa platform.
Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered in the account holder's name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
To register and use the pgphaa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
Age Verification: pgphaa strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. All accounts are subject to age verification using a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID). Accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending completion of the verification process.
pgphaa reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false information regarding your age, identity, or location constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the pgphaa Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. Your account must be registered in your own legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID. Accounts registered under fictitious names or on behalf of third parties are not permitted.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify pgphaa immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account. pgphaa will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
In compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR requirements, pgphaa is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and at other points during the account lifecycle. You agree to provide any documentation requested by pgphaa for KYC purposes, including but not limited to:
pgphaa accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
Deposits are generally credited to your pgphaa account within minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. pgphaa is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network issues beyond our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. pgphaa reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name are strictly prohibited.
All transactions on the pgphaa Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pgphaa does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.
Anti-Money Laundering: pgphaa is required to comply with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended) and all related AMLC regulations. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the appropriate authorities as required by law.
pgphaa offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits.
pgphaa employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, collusion between players, and any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.
All games available on the pgphaa Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific rules of a game, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
All casino games on the pgphaa Platform use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are available within the game information panels.
In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round, pgphaa reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. pgphaa will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from a technical malfunction.
If you are disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. pgphaa is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by your internet service provider, device, or any factor outside pgphaa's direct control.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgphaa Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:
Fraud Warning: pgphaa actively cooperates with Philippine law enforcement agencies, PAGCOR, and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Fraudulent activity detected on the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pgphaa.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgphaa, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.
pgphaa's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pgphaa account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pgphaa makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
pgphaa collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
pgphaa complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all implementing rules and regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by applicable law.
pgphaa reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon termination for cause, pgphaa reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established following investigation, any remaining balance will be returned to the account holder via the registered payment method. Balances associated with confirmed fraudulent activity will be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting pgphaa support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising between you and pgphaa shall first be submitted to pgphaa's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team. pgphaa will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receipt of a formal complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through pgphaa's internal process, it may be escalated to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
